Our Customer Service Team
Our customer service team is based in the United Kingdom and proudly serves all Scarlett & Jo customers worldwide, including our US customers. We reply to all emails during UK office hours — Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm GMT/BST.
You can email us at any time, and we aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. During busy periods, weekends, and UK public holidays, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. As our team is based in the UK, please bear in mind the time difference when planning your enquiry — a message sent in the US evening will be picked up first thing the following UK morning.
