We dispatch and deliver orders Monday to Friday only. Please note that any order placed after 2:30pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday afternoon.

Standard Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery, will be delivered between 2 and 3 working days (subject to Royal Mail) upon receiving shipping notification - £5.95

Next Day Delivery is available on the next working day. Orders placed before 2:30pm on Friday should arrive on Monday, subject to carrier service. Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and are expected to arrive on Tuesday.

This includes delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. 

Customs Duties

Please note that orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes and carrier handling fees, depending on the destination country’s import thresholds and the value of your order. Your carrier will usually contact you before delivery to advise the total amount payable. These charges must be paid directly to the carrier, and your parcel will not be released until payment has been received.  Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Scarlett & Jo.
