We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, but during busy hours, weekends and public holidays we may take up to 48 hours.
Customer services will be replying to emails during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm GMT) at email@example.com, but of course you can email us any time of day, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
