We think so — but we are obviously biased! Here is the maths: with an average dress price of around £90 and standard UK delivery at £5.95 per order, just two full-price orders in a year would save you approximately £11.90 in delivery costs and £36 in discount savings — that is £47.90 back in your pocket against a £39 membership fee. Can I cancel my VIP Membership?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your VIP benefits will continue to run for the full year from your original purchase date. Your membership will simply not renew at the end of that period — you will not be charged again.

When does my VIP Membership renew?

VIP Membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you do not cancel, it will automatically renew for another year at £39. You can cancel at any time to prevent renewal.

What is the S&J Club Facebook community?

The S&J Club Facebook community is our exclusive private group for members, where you can connect with fellow Scarlett & Jo customers, get styling inspiration, share your looks, and access styling support from the team. Both Standard and VIP members have access.

My member discount is not showing in my cart — what should I do?

Your discount should apply automatically to your cart once you are logged in to your account. If it is not showing, try removing the item from your cart and re-adding it, or refresh your browser. If the discount is still not applying, please contact us before placing your order — either by emailing info@scarlettandjo.com or via Live Chat. Unfortunately, member discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.
