As soon as your order is placed, we get to work packaging your items up to ship to you, so we’re often not able to make changes or cancellations. Please check your order details carefully before submitting. If you do notice a problem, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Of course! Your gift card code can be applied at checkout when paying for your order. The value of the card will be discounted from the payment amount. There’s more information about using your card on our Gift Cards page.

Scarlett & Jo orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in London. We know that you’re keen for your new items to arrive, so we ship via Royal Mail and DPD. Most UK deliveries arrive within 3–5 working days; international orders typically arrive in 10–14 working days, subject to customs processing. You can find out more on our Delivery page.

Yes! All deliveries are tracked. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched so keep an eye on your inbox.

We ship available items first and send backordered items later. If you prefer a single delivery, please note this in the “Order Comments” during checkout.

Our Advanced Fit Technology® means most products are true to size. Some may be cut slightly larger depending on the style. We recommend using our size guide before you place your order if you’re between sizes or not sure whether to size up or down. The model size is also provided on each product page along with garment length to help you choose.

Returns must be posted to our UK warehouse using the free Royal Mail returns label (UK only). Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receipt. You can find more information about returning unwanted items on our Returns page.

We unfortunately can’t accept returns of Scarlett & Jo dresses purchased from other retailers. You’ll need to return any unwanted items to the retailer you purchased from.
