Dresses That Breathe
The fabric behind our Dresses That Breathe collection has an unlikely origin — it was originally developed as performance fabrication for professional athletes. Scarlett & Jo had other ideas. Refined over the years, POWERFIT® mesh was developed alongside our Advanced Fit Technology® — the fabric now incorporates 8% elastane blended intimately with spun polyester yarn, creating a soft yet substantial weight of 100 grams per square metre that flows beautifully and holds its shape.
Despite that substance, 40% of the fabric's body is air — which is why these dresses perform in 40°C heat without complaint. They do not crease. They pack and travel effortlessly. They keep their shape from morning through to evening. Available in sizes 12–32, designed and made in the UK. Wearing is believing.
