How to Measure
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso), keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20cm (8 inches) below your waistline.

Scarlett & Jo has an extensive range of standard fit dresses alongside a recently launched Curvy Petite collection. Petite styles are cut specifically for shorter frames — proportions are adjusted throughout the garment, not simply hemmed shorter. The exact length for each style is listed on the individual product page.
Yes, our garments are designed specifically for curves and are true to UK sizing. We use proprietary Advanced Fit Technology® to ensure our dresses flatter and support without the need to size up.
What sizes do you stock?
We cater exclusively for curves, stocking UK sizes 12 through to 32.
Do you offer exchanges if the size isn't right?
Yes. If your item doesn't fit perfectly, you can exchange it for a different size free of charge. Simply use the prepaid Royal Mail returns label included in your parcel and tick the Exchange box on your returns form.
Do you offer petite sizing?
Yes. Scarlett & Jo has an extensive range of standard fit dresses alongside a recently launched Curvy Petite collection. Petite styles are cut specifically for shorter frames, with proportions adjusted throughout the garment rather than simply hemmed shorter. Not all styles are available in petite — browse the Curvy Petite collection to see the full range.

I am so disappointed with this dress. I previously bought a Scarlett & Jo dress for my daughter's christening, and it was perfect. Naturally, when I needed a dress for my brother's wedding, I chose Scarlett & Jo again.
Unfortunately, this dress was nothing like I expected. The print is completely different from the photos. The front panel is almost entirely plain lilac, with only two small corners of the pattern showing beneath the waistband. It looks very out of place and is not at all what I would expect from such an expensive dress.
I even ordered a second one, hoping the first was just a one-off. While the pattern placement was slightly better on the second dress, it had an excessive amount of material around the bust, so it didn't fit properly.
I'm really disappointed with the quality control and inconsistency between the dresses. Given my previous positive experience with Scarlett & Jo, this has been a very frustrating purchase.

Loved it and felt good in it.
It’s a well constructed dress and suits my daughter. I bought it for me but it was far too long and the band under the bust which looks so nice just doesn’t suit my shape.
I love the fabric though and it’s well worth the money.
Again great dress great sizing only reason I returned it as colour wasn’t suited to me I choose the green dress as I ordered three dresses great service

Beautiful dress lovely quality material . However the dress you show on your site has more pink than blue which is what I was expecting. The dress I received was darker due to it having more blue in the pattern than pink. Also the dress is exceptionally long and has to be altered so that I’m not tripping over it.
Over all very pleased and looking forward to wearing it at my aunties wedding .
It my best friend wedding in October and wanted something that was going to make me feel feminine and not like a big blob ,at the moment going through cancer treatment and have lost my confidence and my weight increase a ridiculous amount with no hair
The dress is beautiful I love it feel absolutely amazing the cut is so flattering and I feel like me again
The customer service department was excellent nothing was to much trouble they sent me out the bigger size as I was unsure of my size to make sure that I was 100% comfortable

Beautiful colours. Good fit. Most of all; fitted sleeves, not the floaty loose sleeve or cap sleeve. Thank you for introducing longer fitted sleeves to your beautiful dresses.
Beautiful dress bought for my sons wedding in 6 weeks so no pics just yet. Perfect fit. Slightly bigger than expected but comfortable. Love the comfort band in the waist which really helps hold you together.
Only criticism is that it's Slightly on the long side even with heels but not able to shorten due to the detail on the hem. Will buy again.

So lovely to find a flattering style for the larger lady. Sizing accurate and comfort fitting. Bonus to have lightweight sleeves in a summer dress as many of us like to cover arms. Prompt service
This is my second S&J dress. The first was for my son’s wedding 16 months ago. This is for my sister’s wedding this year. For cut - sizing and not creasing S&J can’t be beaten in my opinion. Great value - over the moon!
