Petite styles are cut specifically for shorter frames — proportions are adjusted throughout the garment, not simply hemmed shorter. Yes, our garments are designed specifically for curves and are true to UK sizing. We use proprietary Advanced Fit Technology® to ensure our dresses flatter and support without the need to size up.
What sizes do you stock?
We cater exclusively for curves, stocking UK sizes 12 through to 32.
Do you offer exchanges if the size isn't right?
Yes. If your item doesn't fit perfectly, you can exchange it for a different size free of charge. Simply use the prepaid Royal Mail returns label included in your parcel and tick the Exchange box on your returns form.
Do you offer petite sizing?
Yes. Scarlett & Jo has an extensive range of standard fit dresses alongside a recently launched Curvy Petite collection. Petite styles are cut specifically for shorter frames, with proportions adjusted throughout the garment rather than simply hemmed shorter. Not all styles are available in petite — browse the Curvy Petite collection to see the full range.

The style of the Tilly dress makes me feel comfortable as a larger lady wearing a dress. The fit is good and the fabric pattern choices very varied. I have bought quite a few of these dresses now for milestone events, weddings and birthdays. They arrive in good time too. They have also washed well and the quality is good.
Ordered this dress in teal which I loved, but decided for a summer wedding thought the pink would be better. Love the shape and design. Quite fitted on the busts but the sweetheart neckline looks great. Also the length is great on me and I think it will be much cooler in the summer heat. I must admit I still have both the pink and the teal, mainly because I can't quite convince myself I want to wear the pink rather than the teal!

I have a Tilly in a dark background with flowers and always get compliments when I wear it, so I’m looking forward to giving this new one an outing when I’m on holiday next week.
The dress looks great, it’s a pretty vivid pink, but for me-44E bra size-runs on the small size. It fits, but barely, so size up. Also I am very disappointed in these latest materials, which are not the delicate veil, but more like a curtain. Really looks cheap. Disappointed
Love this dress, true to size, doesn’t crease.so nice to have a choice of stylish dress in larger sizes rather than frumpy dresses which makes you look old, also a great length. Can’t wait to wear it to wedding in 2weeks. Would definitely recommend Scarlett &Joe. So glad I found them whilst browsing web.
it arrived today and immediately tried it on and im so pleased with the dress its for a June wedding and i have never worn this color ,but i love it ,feels really nice and comfy .
Was worried it might be a bit long as im only 5ft 4 but actually its perfect for me ..

LOVELY COLOURED DRESS. I HAD TO BUY THIS IN A SIZE 18 (MY USUAL SIZE 16 WAS SLIGHTLY TIGHT UNDER THE BUST) WHICH WAS A VERY GOOD FIT. VERY NICE STYLE AND LENGTH. THE DESIGN AROUND THE HEM AT THE FRONT IS ALSO GOOD FOR SHOWING OFF EVENING SHOES.
The dress is perfect, it is for a wedding in September 2022, I already have my hat, shoes and handbag. I will rake a picture when fully dressed for the wedding. Very very pleased, all of the dresses on your website are super, I will be back to purchase. Recommend

This dress is really nice, the size 16 is a little snug across my UK GG breasts but what can do you. It's also a little longer than I thought but I am only 5ft 5.5in.
Overall I am happy with the dress and will look lovely at my brother's wedding.
