Purchasing a Gift Card

Scarlett & Jo Gift Cards are sent electronically via email, making them the perfect instant gift. They are available to purchase in denominations of $5, $20, $50, and $100 — browse and buy a gift card here. Payment for the gift card is charged at the time of purchase, and the electronic card will be sent to the purchaser via email once the order is confirmed.

Please note that voucher codes and promotional discounts cannot be used to purchase a gift card. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Redeeming Your Gift Card

Gift cards can be redeemed online at scarlettandjo.com/en-us against any of our plus-size occasionwear and clothing collections.

• If your order total is less than the gift card value: The remaining funds will stay on the gift card to be used on a future purchase.
• If your order total exceeds the gift card value: The remaining balance must be paid by credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at checkout in order to complete the order.

Returns & Refunds on Gift Card Purchases

Items bought using a gift card can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our standard Returns Policy. However, they cannot be refunded for cash. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, a new gift card code will be issued for the refunded amount.

If your original order was paid for using a combination of a gift card and another payment method (such as a credit card), any additional monies paid over and above the gift card value will be refunded to the original payment method first, with the remainder issued as a new gift card.

Unwanted gift cards themselves cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I purchase a Scarlett & Jo gift card?

Gift cards can be purchased directly from our Gift Cards collection on scarlettandjo.com/en-us. They are digital e-gift cards sent electronically via email — there is no physical card. Payment is charged at the time of purchase and the gift card will be emailed to the purchaser once the order is confirmed.

What denominations are Scarlett & Jo gift cards available in?

Scarlett & Jo US gift cards are available in four denominations: $5, $20, $50, and $100. View all gift card options here.

How will I receive my gift card?

Your gift card will be sent electronically to the email address used at checkout once your order is confirmed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes. If you have not received your gift card, please contact us at info@scarlettandjo.com.

How long is a Scarlett & Jo gift card valid for?

Scarlett & Jo gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please ensure you use your gift card before the expiry date, as expired gift cards cannot be extended or refunded.

Can I use a gift card with a discount code?

Your S&J Club (10%) discount still applies when using a gift card at checkout. However, voucher codes and promotional discount codes cannot be used to purchase a gift card itself.

What happens if my order total is more or less than my gift card value?

If your order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card code to use on a future purchase. If your order total is more than the gift card value, you will need to pay the remaining balance by credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at checkout to complete your order.

Can I return or get a refund on items purchased with a gift card?

Items purchased using a gift card can be returned or exchanged in line with our standard Returns Policy, but cannot be refunded for cash. If you return an item bought with a gift card, a new gift card code will be issued for the refunded amount. If you paid partly by gift card and partly by another method, the non-gift-card portion will be refunded to the original payment method first, with the remainder issued as a new gift card. Unwanted gift cards themselves cannot be returned or refunded.
