A "Discount Code" or "Voucher Code" refers to a code that must be entered at checkout, or a discount that applies automatically to your basket, in order to receive a benefit on your online transaction.

  • Each discount or voucher code is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the offer, as well as these general terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific offer terms prevail.
  • Discounts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • Valid only for qualifying purchases made directly on scarlettandjo.com/en-us.
  • Must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. They cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase.

There is no code to enter — simply make sure you are signed in before you begin shopping. Can I use more than one discount code at the same time?

No — discount codes and offers cannot be combined. Only one discount can be applied per order unless otherwise stated on the specific offer. This includes combining a voucher code with an automatic Member discount.
