Do you offer exchanges if the size isn't right?

It was okay but very difficult to get on.
Disappointed as it is definitely the most I’ve spent on a dress for a long time and I don’t think it matched my expectations
I have cut 9” off the length to make it into a day dress for a wedding. I am very pleased with it although your chart said I would need a 24. Far too big so a 22 it was and fits well. Hat, shoes and bag on way so will send a photo when dressed for the occasion 6/6/26!
It's a lovely dress, I bought a size smaller than I usually would, and was surprised that it fit my bottom half perfectly. But the top half is too big! I will have to invest in a push up padded bra, hopefully that will solve the issue.
This is a lovely dress. It feels like there is extra support from the band around the midriff which is good for disguising my back fat, which I am rather self conscious about. It is a very flattering style for my shape, ie hour glass - or in my case a 24 hour glass! There is plenty of room for my boobs and the shape of the dress just works because there are no gathers around the wait which would add bulk to the tummy and hips. I'm really looking forward to wearing it at my niece's wedding in April.

I must have tried 30+ dresses before discovering Scarlett & Jo. The Isabelle in cerise was perfect! Everything i wanted. I felt beautiful in it. And it was so comfortable!

You always hope that it looks as good in person as it does on the photograph and it didnt disappoint. The colour was exactly as in the picture, not muted that you can get from some sellers. It feels so classy and cool on. It is for a wedding, so I know I will feel very special for the occasion. This is my first purchase with Scarlett and Jo. It wont be my last. Looking at dresses for christmas already.

Beautiful dress but slight flaw right in front of dress didn’t notice till my dressmaker was taking up hem for me as too long there’s a small white mark on dress as if color hasn’t taken in that spot but can’t return as hem been done will have to wear to grandsons wedding with flaw in the front.
The dress was very well made and real value for money unfortunately it wasn't what I was looking for but will definitely be ordering again from the website returns process was really easy and delivery was great.
Bought the dress for my daughter’s wedding in August. I love the quality. I don’t suit full length so it will need taking up. Very pleased with it - as I never wear dresses.
The dress was beautiful and was my first choice to go to a family wedding until I looked more closely at the website and found a blue/purple/teal dress in the same style, as a family we are all now in varying hues of blue so feel as though u fit in with our family theme instead of being stand alone in cerise x nothing at all wrong with the dress injustice decided on a different colour x

Very pleased with my dress. As an elderly person with mobility limitations it feels lovely to wear something feminine instead of the usual trousers. Only minor problem was that the dress wasn’t available as shorter length as I’m only 5.2. I will hopefully be able to find someone to shorten it for me in time for my son’s wedding. All I need to do then is to find a hat or fascinator to complete the outfit. Thank you
Love the bust cross over, as I have had 2 lots of breast surgery, so they’re pretty uneven!! The midriff panel holds the stomach in really well. Colours are just as shown in the picture. True sizing. There is some giving in the fabric, so you don’t feel trussed up.
Decided to opt for navy accessories, even though they caption it as pink and purple.
I have bought this dress in advance for my Son's Wedding and I absolutely love it. It's a bit long as I'm only 5ft 2, but easy enough to get altered - but the fit and style is worth it.
Very prompt delivery. Dress exactly as shown/described. Flattering in a larger size and lovely ‘swishy’ non creasing fabric. Bought for 91yr old to wear to a wedding and it looks great. Very pleased.
I love the dress, my daughter was wowed by how flattering it looks on me. But, the great disappointment was the packaging, the dress was balled up in a cheap and nasty thin plastic bag. Bad for the environment and well, naff to look at. It really was off putting, especially as the dress was just screwed up in it. 1 star for packaging 4 stars for the dress.
