The Victoria Blue Velvet Flock Angel Sleeve Mesh Midi Dress, is designed in a beautiful velvet flock floral fabric. This dress is part of the Dresses That Breathe series as about 30% of the actual fabric is air! The dress comes with a MagicBand®, built in corset to help accentuate curves and bring out that unique Scarlett & Jo hourglass shape. The deep V-neck creates a flattering feminine silhouette. This timeless fashion piece is fully lined and comes with angel sleeves to cover the upper arms and the dress skirt is flirtatiously full and a midi calf length.  There are detachable shoulder pads per your preference.
