The National Film Awards was an amazing night, there I was mixing with actors, directors and producers and all whilst looking a million dollars in my beautiful Scarlet & Jo dress, for which I received an endless amount of comments, even my agent was stunned to see how fabulous I looked.
I was there with casting director Helen Stafford, because the film Smoking Guns, in which I play female lead Phylis Bloodworth, was nominated for Best Action Award. Sadly we didn’t win, but I was really pleased for the film Jawbone who pick up the award as it is an awesome film. But most of all it was amazing for Smoking Guns a low budget indie film to be nominated against some really great big budget films.
