I hate wearing dresses! I am an awful apple shape. But needed a dress for a wedding. This dress is lovely, comfortable and limits the damage areas! Very good value. My only grievance, is it does not look like the pattern on the website which is covered in the flower pattern. Mine has half the pattern shown, and duller in colour, which I was really disappointed with. But all in all, I am pleased to have found a dress!

I was not sure what to expect but as the garments had been spoken about on national TV and several garments modelled, I thought give it try, My shape is not average I am atop heavy and bottom heavy like very large hour glass, so dress buying is a misery normally. My upper arms would make parachutes with the loose skin the weight loss, so I have nothing to lose. I put the dress on, it fitted and I am a size 16.
I am so impressed I have ordered another dress, eagerly waiting for it to arrive and then find an excuse to wear it out.

This is the first time I have looked at S&J dresses. I saw this dress and fell in love with it, but sadly it had sold out. I was so disappointed, but then realised it was back in stock!! Great excitement!! I love the dress and it fits very well. The waist is a bit high and as I do not have a particularly large bust I will need to get the shoulders lifted a bit. I am though, very confused about the colour. It is described as purple but in the drop down box it is dark navy! The lining is obviously purple but is the chiffon top navy or purple? My only real complaint is that as the top is chiffon the seams show and there are two right down the flat part of the front and the pattern does match. Having said that, I've the dress and can't wait to wear it to my nephew's wedding in a few weeks

Due to my mistakes, this was an ordeal. When I checked on arrival of the dress, it somehow had not been ordered. I immediately re-ordered, only to find in my ignorance of U.K. sizes I had ordered a US size 10, not the US 14 I needed! Thanks to Adam in Customer Service, though, the dress has just arrived and it is perfect! Beautiful design, fits perfectly, and I love it! Adam is at the top of great service reps. He cheerfully took care of everything and made it right. Because of him, I will be ordering again and recommending you to my friends. Thanks, Adam!

I went up a size (16) to accommodate my ample boobs. Usually dresses are too big across the shoulders and around the waist, but because of the stretchy fabric it fits perfectly. I now have a lovely nipped in waist and just enough cleavage showing to be sexy. Bought this for a July wedding and reception in a marquee so needs to be smart for the church and transition to evening wear.

I bought this because of the print snd it is gorgeous in real life. Very flattering cut and a nice v neck which isn’t too revealing. I intend to wear mine with heels and a pashmina when we are allowed out to restaurants abs date nights again.

I love love love this dress! The quality is great, as is the length. I love the supportive waist band. It's a bit too loose for me in the chest area but I kind of expected that with this model. The colors are fantastic!
